**Company Overview**The organisation is an online to offline (O2O) building materials and interior finishes marketplace where you can find a wide range of high quality, branded and bargains materials for house projects.**Responsibilities**:- Assisting in site visits, presenting company's projects, and creating comprehensive post-visit reports- Identifying and securing overstock materials from construction companies to reduce waste and support the company's sustainable practices- Championing commitment to sustainability by integrating eco-friendly materials and practices into projects**Requirements**:- Fresh Grads with excellent people skills will also be considered- Communication Wizard: Excel in building client relationships, negotiating deals, and championing sustainability- Industry Expertise: Deep knowledge of the home improvement industry's materials, processes, and trends- Creative Problem-Solver: Thrive in finding innovative solutions to logístical and environmental challenges- Negotiation Pro: Secure advantageous deals with home improvement companies and potential partners- Sustainability Advocate: Passionate about eco-friendly practices, materials, and technologies- Meticulous Planner: Ensure flawless execution through careful attention to detail- Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese (added advantage)- Willing to work in Bandar Bukit Raja, Klang- Willing to travel for work purposes- Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am to 6.00pm**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
