We are looking for aspiring individuals that fits the below description.****What you can look forward to**:- Attractive Performance Bonus- Performance appraisal twice a year- Dental/Body-checkup/Optical Benefit- Insurance Coverage**Key Responsibilities**:- Formulate and execute targeted sales strategies for assigned territories, with the aim of achieving and surpassing set targets.- Proactively identify avenues to enhance business with existing clients.- Prospect and develop new customers, working towards the enlargement of our existing export sales network.- Collaborate across various business departments to drive multifunctional initiatives.- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas.**Job Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree or higher with a minimum of 1 year experience in Business Development, preferably in the F&B industry and/or export market**.**:- Strong interest in plant-based products.- Confident, vibrant and pleasant personality.- Willingness to travel internationally.- Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools.- Excellent verbal and digital communication skills (English and Chinese required, additional languages will be a bonus.- Highly motivated individual with strong self-management, attention to detail and proactivity.- A proven tract record in achieving sales targets is required for senior roles consideration.- Willing to work at **Kulim Hi-Tech.****Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
