Business Development Executive (Management Trainee)

Responsibilities: Define project goals and objectives. To liaison with clients on job commencement date, deployment, preparing work done and ensure client endorsement of work done. Recommend and implement modifications to improve effectiveness and attain project milestones. Organise, coordinate and monitor activities of assigned projects to develop and implement procedures,processes and systems. Ensure to take appropriate planning measures with all clients to reassess, renegotiate and amend scope of work responsibilities, proposals, contracts and budgets. To facilitate in seminars, road-shows, exhibitions and trainings.  To prepare advisory presentation material, quotation, proposal and agreement. To establish, develop and maintain strong relationship with potential and current customers. To co-ordinate with cross functional teams to create and manage integrated marketing strategies. To provide constant customers' feedback or request to the management. To share knowledge gained with team through effective knowledge transfer and capture in a formal manner. Willingness to undertake additional tasks within ability to support any execution. Undertake any other responsibilities as assigned by the superior from time to time. Requirements: Possess a diploma/ degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field. Good written and verbal communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin Good people skills and pleasant personality. An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans. Outstanding organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management. Excellent client-facing and teamwork skills. Good knowledge of MS office such as World, Excel and Power Point. Hands-on experience with project management tools.
