Founded in 1996, Info-Tech is a next-generation global technology company that helps businesses of all sizes and in all industries to transform their HR operations into the digital age that will propel their productivity growth to a new level.Started off with Windows-based HR System and along the way, the company grew in its reputation and customer base.As economy changes and trend moves forward, we saw an opportunity to evolve from Window-based software to a Cloud Human Resource Management Software (HRMS) and the Cloud-Based HRMS software was successfully launched in Singapore in 2014.The company continued in its expansion and set foot into Malaysia, India, Hong Kong and Australia.As of 2021, Info-Tech is serving more than 20,000 customers, manages more than 500,000 employees' payroll, and has a team of more than 300 employees.The Role You will be responsible for : Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions.Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.Ideal ProfileYou have at least 2 years experience within a B2B Sales / Account Executive role, ideally within the IT Services and Software / SaaS industry.You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.You have working knowledge of Presentation, Negotiation, Sales Closure, Communication and Product KnowledgeYou are a strong networker & relationship builderYou are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environmentsYou are adaptable and thrive in changing environmentsYou are willing to undertake more than 60% travel.What's on Offer?Work alongside & learn from best in class talentJoin a market leader within IT ServicesA role that offers a breadth of learning opportunities
