Job Description Below is the summary (but not limited to) of your responsibilities and duties for the business development position.    Performance of Duties In the performance of your duties, you will report to the Revenue Manager or any other representative as deemed appropriate.   Responsibilities 1.  Be overall in charge of sales and marketing operations for all current and future residences managed by The Purple House (TPH) and work closely with the Revenue Manager to ensure the following: Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and lead generation. Conducting cold calls to potential clients, introducing our products/services and establishing rapport. Executing strategies for business growth and achieving revenue targets. Staying updated with industry trends and competitors to identify potential business opportunities. Preparing and delivering persuasive sales presentations to key decision makers. Communicate with customers and understand their needs and identify sales opportunities / develop potential customers and follow up on leads. Manage customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and follow-up to ensure amicable and complete resolutions. 2.   Reporting and others: Assist the Revenue Manager to prepare monthly occupancy, forecast and revenue report 3.   Build and develop a winning culture at TPH: Mutual respect and trust among staff A learning and problem-solving culture Professionalism and high quality customer service 4.   Manage relationships with corporate clients and residents regarding sales and marketing related matters. 5.   Assist in daily operations (if needed) 6.   Any other duties as assigned by TPH Management
