Job ResponsibilityConduct outbound cold calls to prospective property owners, introducing Livein.com's services and arranging appointments for further discussions.Engage in active pitching sessions to showcase Livein.com's value proposition, addressing property owners' needs, and offering tailored solutions.Develop and implement strategic plans to acquire new B2C clients, meeting or exceeding sales targets.Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine sales strategies, identify target demographics, and create compelling sales materials.Maintain a strong understanding of Livein.com's services, industry trends and competitors' offerings to effectively communicate value to potential clients.Nurture relationships with property owners, providing ongoing support, information, and assistance throughout the sales process.Track and report sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback to the management team.Job RequirementsProven track record (5 years or more) in B2C business development or sales, preferably in the real estate or property management industry.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with property owners and the internal team.Experience in conducting cold calls, setting appointments, and delivering persuasive sales pitches.Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and accountability.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in RM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is advantageous.Job BenifitsAnnual Leave, Medical Leave, EPF, SOCSO, EIS.Competitive salary and benefits package.Young, supportive and diverse working environment.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Office refreshments.Mon to Fri, 5 working days/ week.Medical reimbursement.Cozy Co-working space.Accommodation discount.Monthly activities and events.Onsite free parking/ Reachable by Public Transport.Other benefits.
