Job Responsibilities: Strategic Business and Partnership Development: Lead initiatives to engage with businesses, government entities, and industry players to forge substantial partnerships. Aiming to boost the visibility, adoption, and standing in the market. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets. Negotiate contracts and package. Investment and Funding: Seek out, assess, and secure funding and investment opportunities to fuel growth and innovative efforts. Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market shifts, and regulatory updates to adjust strategies effectively and seize growth opportunities. Report: Provide accurate marketing report & forecast sales, proposal and suggestion for improvement to the superior/director on weekly and monthly basis. Participate in weekly/monthly sales meetings to accurately forecast sales pipeline ensuring consistent monthly performance. Commercial & Corporate Event Management: Develop value-add services or programmes for key commercial/corporate clients. To perform any other tasks as requested by the superiors and management and to generally-perform all marketing work. Requirements: Preferably for Chinese candidate with proficiency in Mandarin for verbal and written. A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related discipline. At least 4 - 5 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, marketing, investment management, or strategic partnerships. Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven track record of building rapport with clients, colleagues, and vendors. Strong analytical, strategic, , and communication skills and the ability to use them to close deals. Able to conduct negotiations and develop lasting relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders. Has a track record of developing and implementing successful business strategies. Able to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Willingness to travel as required.
