Responsibilities: · Develop & deploy engagement plan with Fire authorities across ASEAN. · Develop & deploy engagement plan with Fire associations across ASEAN. · Train Fire Sales team and Channel Sales team on Fire Codes & Standards. · Customer forum with top channel partners and sessions on importance of adoption of existing regulations and upgradation of local codes with respect to global codes and standards. · Active Participation in Industry events to drive awareness about Honeywell Fire technologies and how it helps customers and authorities achieving their life safety and response time goals. · Prepare an annual plan of engagement with different stakeholders and drive on monthly and quarterly basis. · Increase the market size by driving better adoption of codes & standards & introducing new technologies. · Supporting Sales team with Mega projects. · Create documents, presentations, study material on regional and global codes and standards Qualifications & Experience:Minimum Bachelor's degree in engineering or Business ManagementAt least 8-10 years of direct sales and business development experience ideally in the building automation or ELV or Fire officer with experience of deployment of regulatory requirements or drafting of codes & standards.Consultancy background or experience of working with regulatory authorities in driving codes and standards for industry.Should have experience of ASEAN region and engagement with end user, consultants and contractors.About UsThe world is changing.
