Company Culture- Extensive Career Exposure & Learning Curve- Fast-Paced, Innovative & Open-Minded Culture- Great Career Opportunity & DevelopmentJob Background- Drive, manage and achieve Sales Target- Lead by example in prospecting, nurturing leads, and closing sales deals.- Deliver persuasive and compelling sales presentations to clients, showcasing the company's product and value proposition.- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and retention.- Set sales objectives and establish action plans for achieving the set targets- Analyse and track sales performance to meet targets.- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully driving the sales and managing the sales team- Develop and implement strategies to enhance sales efficiency and increase generated revenue.- Recognize the skills and goals of each of your team members and work with them to build a development plan.- Responsible for leading and coaching a team, including hiring, training, coaching, and setting performance targets and KPIs.Job Requirements- Client Management & Customer Service Skill- Strategic Thinking and Planning Skills to Implement Sales Plans- Ability to Communicate Clearly & Effectively & Negotiate- At least three (5) years of B2B/B2G sales experience; experience in automotive sales industry is an added advantage- Good at establishing action plans and lead team to implement it- Open minded. Motivate, inspire and get buy-in from others.- Willing to travel and possess valid driving license and own transportation.- Ability to Coach, Mentor, and Motivate the team- Working Location Melaka**Salary**: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Maternity leave**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Business Development: 1 year (preferred)- People Management: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)- Bahasa (preferred)Ability to Commute:- Melaka City (required)
