Attractive benefits coverage which includes Optical and Dental Modern Smart Office Workspace in the heart of Kuala Lumpur We will count on you to: As a Business Development Manager, Cyber Liability Insurance you will be responsible: Oversee all aspects of the company’s Cyber Liability Insurance (Cyber) book including responsibility for managing it plus growth and expansion Identifies areas for revenue generation, growth and other opportunities to expand on Cyber Liability Insurance by actively developing viable business initiatives, plans and activities. Helping fellow colleague on Cyber risks submission, advising them (colleagues) on matters: Relating to the requirements by insurers Any specific coverage issues his/her client may have. Analyses with colleague and jointly develops the coverage with features reasonably customized to the client’s needs. Helping/Guiding colleague in their negotiation with Insurer on Cyber Helping/Guiding colleague in explaining / presenting Cyber and Cyber proposal to their client. Collaborates with other colleague in cross-selling Cyber to their clients / prospect – expanded / new business Actively drive the Business Development initiatives on Cyber e.g. hosting seminars, email blast to clients on Cyber, creating awareness among clients about Cyber and etc. Provide training to other colleague on Cyber equipping them with reasonably basic abilities in dealing with Cyber requirements of their clients. Possesses solid understanding of the strength and weakness of all major insurers’ cyber policy forms, underwriting restriction, capacity, rating behaviours, risks appetite to enable he/she to become a subject matter expert – the candidate selected will be given intensive trainings to achieve this. Keep abreast of all new product and market developments in the Cyber insurance space e.g. new policy form, endorsement wording available, new market player & etc to be in the position to provide good advice to colleagues and clients. What you need to have: 5-10 years of experience in Business/Sales Development or Clients Management within the Cyber Security Solution is preferred Self-initiated / Self-driven and Sales oriented will be important.
