Business Development Manager

Determines annual unit and gross profit plans by implementing marketing strategies analysing trends and results.- Develop a growth strategy focused both on gain and customer satisfaction- Creating development plans and forecasting sales targets and growth projections- Identifying market opportunities through meetings, networking and other channels- Meeting existing and potential clients and building positive relationships- Having an in-depth knowledge of business offerings and value proposition- Liaising with colleagues to develop sales and marketing strategies- Identifying own business strengths and customer needs- Promote the company's services/products addressing client's requirements- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annuals quotes for regions and territories, projecting exported sales volume and profit for existing and new project/ product.- Attending events such as exhibitions and conferences- Preparing sales presentations?and participating in sales meetings- Producing reports for management- Training business developers and sales colleagues- **Job Requirement**:- Diploma or Degree in Engineering - Civil and Construction Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or business.- A drive to seek new business, Excellent telephone skills, Strong verbal and written communication, Initiative and good decision-making skills, Strong organisational skills, Strategic and analytical thinking?skills and Ability to write reports- Male; Mandarin speaking; less than 50 years old**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM10,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insuranceSchedule:- Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:- Pasir Gudang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)Application Question(s):- Expected salary?- Notice period?**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Engineering field: 5 years (preferred)- Heavy construction industry: 5 years (preferred)- Oil and gas industry: 5 years (preferred)- Microsoft Powerpoint: 5 years (preferred)- Presentation skills: 5 years (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (required)
