Collaborate with the executive team to define sales targets, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Prospect and acquire new clients through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events. Drive client acquisition efforts through effective lead generation, qualification, and conversion strategies. Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting our value proposition and competitive advantages. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring alignment with company policies and objectives while maximizing profitability. Stay updated on industry trends, competitive developments, and regulatory changes within the Malaysian recruitment market. Collaborate with internal teams, including recruitment consultants, operations, and marketing, to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions to clients.Provide feedback and insights to internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in service offerings and client satisfaction.
