**Key Responsibilities**:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to secure partnerships with clients interested in fitness and wellness products and solutions.- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in organizations.- Collaborate with clients to understand their evolving needs and ensure satisfaction with our fitness/wellness solutions.- Stay up to date on the latest trends and developments in the wellness/fitness industry to effectively communicate the value of our products and services to potential clients.- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of integrating our wellness/fitness solutions & programs.- Create compelling proposals and presentations tailored to the unique needs and goals of each client.- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for business growth.- Provide regular reports and updates on market conditions, emerging opportunities and etc- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.- Work closely with other internal departments to ensure seamless delivery and implementation of wellness/ fitness programs.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.- Proven track record of successful business development & sales from fitness or wellness industry- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Strong understanding of corporate wellness trends and the ability to align fitness solutions with business objectives.- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.- Ability to travel as needed.
