As the Business Development Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving the organization's growth and expansion efforts. This role requires a proactive, strategic thinker with a strong background in business development, sales, or marketing. The Business Development Manager will be instrumental in identifying new business opportunities, negotiating and closing business deals, and maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions. The Job:  Business Development and Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to increase the organization's market share and visibility. Act as a key liaison between the organization and potential clients, channel partners, and other external stakeholders to cultivate and maintain strategic relationships. Grow the sales and reseller pipeline and lead generation processes, ensuring a steady flow of new opportunities. Coordinate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns and initiatives. Reseller Channel Management Identify, approach and grow partner agent reseller network to push our product agenda globally. Design incentive plan and operationalise effective processes to motivate partners to grow sales Market Analysis and Strategy Alignment: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the industry. Work closely with the CEO to align business development strategies with overall organizational goals and objectives. Evaluate potential partnerships and collaborations, assessing their strategic fit and potential value to the organization. Project Management and Collaboration: Lead and manage business development projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. Collaborate with various departments to align efforts and ensure cohesive strategy implementation. Other Responsibilities: Lead and train a team when the activities scale Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance its profile and develop new business opportunities. Manage the preparation and presentation of business proposals, contracts, and negotiations with potential clients and partners. Requirements The Person:  5-8 years of work experience, preferably in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Demonstrated hunger and passion for growth, with a track record of successfully driving business development initiatives in a dynamic environment. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to conduct comprehensive market research and analysis. Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
