SUMMARYThe Solution Consultant is responsiblefor cultivating & nurturing customers and prospects to identify and understand their business goals and requirements. As an essential resource for the Team Apollo, this individual will use his/her technical knowledge, sales expertise, and consulting skills to assist with response to opportunities and create strategies to win new business. This position works with medium and moderately complex accounts and requires strong presentation and communication skills. The ability to adapt to a rapid technology changing and versatile environment is a basic requirement."A Day in The Life of a Solution Consultant"- Be an expert and evangelist for Infra365's Apollo-itechnological initiative.- Providing consultative guidance and assistance to customers in a professional and organized manner, identifying and communicating business value drivers.- Maintain exceptional customer service and consistently strive to exceed customer expectations by building and maintaining effective relationships with customer throughout and beyond the sales lifecycle- Organizing, planning, creating & delivering compelling Proof of Concept demonstrations.- Ensuring solutions stated in the Scope of Works are in line with client requirements.- Managing the sales bid process by responding to RFQs & RFPs.- Working closely with business & technical team to ensure successful delivery & closure of the sales & solution implementation process.- Keeping abreast of market trends and product & competitor landscapes- Support marketing and lead generation directives including event presentations, the creation & maintenance of web content. Be willing to provide ad hoc and structured product updates to internal colleagues and other stakeholders in support of the sales process."You Should Have Before Considering"- A couple of years within client facing or communication role but NOT mandatory- Some basic knowledge of emerging software technologies- An awareness of current IT trends, and an appetite to learn new tricks & stuffs- Willingness to learn, passionate in work and possess own transport**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM5,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Commission pay- Performance bonus- Yearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Petaling Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (required)
