Carrying more than 25 brands as distributor in Malaysia; Including IT components and peripherals, PC accessories, input devices, networking, power related products, audio visual equipment and software.**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**- Responsible in strategic planning, sales management, and prospecting for new clients to drive business growth and revenue.- Responsible to execute all sales, business development, client relationship management (CRM) including following through sales funnel, client profiling & targeted promotional activities to direct clients and dealers (active and inactive) and ensuring assigned sales target as achieved as planned.- Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the Company, and leverage on product information to upsell, cross-sell as per need basis.- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives with cross function business/product units.- Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients, including dealer segment.- Arrange meetings for senior management with prospective dealers.- Follow company guidelines and procedures for acquisition of customers, submission of proposal etc- Perform any other duties/assignments as assigned by the superior.**JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS**- A Bachelor's Degree in any field.- A minimum of 3-5 years of working experience, especially in sales, marketing or related field- Passionate in sales, business development, marketing and technology.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.- Proficient in English -both written and spoken.- Team-orientation, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work both collaboratively and independently.- Strong personal discipline, willingness to work hard (but not necessarily long hours).- Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize assignments, juggle multiple tasks simultaneously, and flexible to meet team needs.- Well-groomed with pleasant personality and positive attitude.**REMUNERATION & BENEFITS**- RM7,000 and above (Remuneration package commensurate with experience and qualification)- Statutory Contribution: EPF + SOCSO + EIS + Staff Benefits**WORKING HOUR**:Monday - Friday; 9.00am-6.00pmAlternate Saturday; 9.00am-1.00pm**WORKING LOCATION**:Taman Intan, Klang**Salary**: From RM7,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:- Klang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Business Development: 1 year (preferred)- People Management: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)- Bahasa (preferred)
