Business Development Manager

Requirements:Job Requirements: 1.Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business or any related field.

2.Minimum 4 years of working experience in Natural Resources Services or Commercial Standard Services (QHSE) or Medical Device Services is required in this field.

3.Excellent communication skills both spoken and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

4. Candidates who have no experience in this ISO Standard field are not eligible to apply.

Salary: RM4,000.00 to RM8,000.00 /month
(Based on experiences and qualification)Responsibilities:1.Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
2.Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
3.Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
4.Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
5.Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
6.Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.

Salario: 4000.00 - 8000.00 MYR Monthly
