Open Position: Business Development Manager (Laboratory)

A world leading inspection, testing and certification company is looking for Business Development Manager to join them in Kuala Lumpur.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

·You will implement strategies to keep business base and capture growth.

·You will lead and coach a team of sales personnel.

·You will be tasked at delivery of sales target, revenue and pricing.

·You will have the objective of looking for new business opportunities.

·You will work with other teams to provide forecast supply and demand.

·You will help the company to build long term relationships with new clients to achieve business goals.

·Strong sales and negotiation skills.

·Intensive sales coaching skills and experience.

·Proven experience of leading a high performing sales team.

·Degree in Business or Chemistry.

·More than 7 years of business development in laboratory.
