Business Intelligence Analyst

**FFM Berhad, Sg. Buloh, Selangor**We're in search of a Business Intelligence Analyst who will be instrumental in identifying business needs and challenges, and propose solutions backed by data and research.**What you will Do**- **Conduct performance analysis, prepare reports and evaluate current performance trends.**:- **Conduct market research and analysis **to identify trends and opportunities, develop business cases and proposals for new products and initiatives.- **Gather and analyse business requirements** from stakeholders, including sales, production, and logistics teams.- Deep dive into findings for a better view of the performance reported and identify & recommend areas for process improvement in production, distribution, sales, and any other related areas.- Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain management and improve operational efficiency.- Monitor and report on project progress and provide status updates to stakeholders.- Responsible to advise the management team on potential performance risks and strategic decisions in alignment with business objectives.- Educate and train users to use the data as an analytical tool to determine business requirements and priorities. This includes **working with stakeholders/teams to design and document dashboards and reports.**:- Support business planning functions for new and existing company strategies.**Competencies & Skills**- Ability to build an understanding of the business at a level of detail that enables you to analyse, identify and recommend solutions backed by data.- **Ability to articulate and present data and findings.**:- **Possesses commercial acumen**, a keen interest in business is advantageous.- Research, and design dashboards, and reports utilising various tools eg. P**ower BI, Excel, Tableau.**:- Build and improve business processes using diagramming tools such as **Visio.****Requirements**:- **Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, eg. Excel, Power BI, Tableau and SQL**:- Knowledge of business process modelling tools, such as Visio- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role- **Open to travel to FFM's various premises as required, including Sungai Buloh office.****Salary**: From RM1.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonusAbility to Commute:- Sungai Buloh (required)
