Details of the offer

To validate the GL from company and ensure correct Debtor code is allocated.- Ensure that all Guarantee Letter is received- To follow up Guarantee Letter with company- To ensure the supporting document are safe kept.- Basic customer service skills and acknowledgeable.- Key in patient details for in patient registration- Ability to communicate with patients and meet their expectations.- Able to communicate professionally with company and insurance company- Basic customer service skill and well verse upon hospital information- To process and follow up initial Guarantee Letter (GL)- To perform any others relevant duties as and when required by superior.Job Requirements:- Highly meticulous and possess good accuracy- Service oriented, good interpersonal skill with a willingness to perform repeatable assignments and tasks- Applicants must be willing to work in accordance with the hospital's Clinical hours- Able to communicate in English- Willing to work under 2 shift (Morning 9am - 5pm & Evening 2pm - 10pm)
