As the Business Operations Executive, you will be a pivotal figure in ensuring the seamless operation and alignment of our marketing and sales departments with the broader organizational goals. This role demands a highly organized, proactive individual who thrives in managing diverse tasks ranging from strategic planning to everyday operational activities.**Key Responsibilities**:**Team Coordination and Management**: Act as the principal liaison between the management team and the marketing & sales departments. Manage and optimize schedules, coordinate meetings, and facilitate internal communications to maintain alignment with the company's strategic objectives.**Report Preparation and Analysis**: Regularly compile, update, and maintain detailed weekly reports on sales and marketing metrics, analyzing performance data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and align with business goals.**Operational Support**: Provide critical support in formulating and executing marketing strategies and sales initiatives.
