Develop personalized financial plans and strategies tailored to clients' unique circumstances. Educate clients on various financial products and services, including insurance, investments, and retirement planning. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance. Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes. Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth and success of the agency. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently. High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct. Prior experience in sales or customer service is an advantage. Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
