Business Unit Executive

**Responsibilities**:- Social Media posting and management (LinkedIn, Facebook and WhatsApp)- Prepare monthly rates for new and existing customer air and sea freight. (Eg: Quotation to offer pricing)- Promptly attend to answer and follow up on customer's enquiries, questions, provide quality, professional customer service and the latest news- Build and maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers.- Understanding and learn on the full service range and served as a company representative at any given time- To develop new customer database via creative sales activities.
