Job DescriptionTo continuously perform market research of available supplier baseTo corporate with internal stakeholders to exchange Bosch needsTo continuously build up supplier data baseTo support in make or buy activities for testingTo join in sourcing activities of new projectsQualificationsMinimum of 3 to 5 years working experience in related field in a semiconductor manufacturing environmentPossess a bachelor's degree in commercial, engineering, supply chain or a related fieldProven experience in commercial, engineering or supply chain background & experience in semiconductor or electronic componentDiversity to work with global team, international background is preferredExcellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teamsFluent in English (written and spoken), German or/and Chinese skills are a plus Possess high team spirit and ability to moderate meetings/workshops with all levelsKnowhow of digitalization is welcomed , Power BI, DashboardProactive and solution-oriented mindset preferredAbility to think strategically of category and supplier management with problem solving orientationStructured and independent working style with minimal supervision
