Responsibility- Responsible for indirect procurement to support the factory operations- Fully comply and ensure entire indirect procurement activities are in accordance with procurement policies and procedures- Responsible for procurement business system data input and integrity- Initiate and lead continuous cost savings for projects and cost improvement for recurring indirect purchase- Looking for both short term opportunities through spot buy reduction and long term opportunities through strategic sourcing execises within the policies and guidelines established by management- Coordinate bids and conduct internal review with Management on vendor selection and procurement / projects award- Ensure the acquisition and delivery in the right time, cost and quality of the Goods and Services as expressed by the internal customers, and following the internal guidelines and processes- Prepare records of materials shipped, including bills of lading. Compare suppliers' bills with bids and purchase orders to verify accuracy.
