**Description -**- Strategically source, procure products and services for assembly/test operations at the optimum cost and top quality.- Drive continuous cost improvement by strategic sourcing, price negotiation and value engineering/value analysis projects.- Supplier accreditation, review, supplier relationship management.- Supplier quotation review, analysis and negotiation.- Contract review/management, PR/PO process.- Identify varied sources of commodities and services, conduct tender, evaluate bids, award contract and purchase order.- Manage escalation to resolve supplier-related problems.- Other duties as assigned**Qualifications -**- Must be independent, dynamic and able to work with minimum supervision.- Posses good analytical, strong verbal and written communication skill, excellent interpersonal skill.
