Minimum 1-year relevant working experience in a similar role is required is preferred.Extensive experience in Indirect Procurement services (IT Commodity, Manpower outsource/Security Guard, and Facilities Sustaining,)Basic knowledge in contract managementKNOWLEDGE / SKILLSBasic skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.Good communication and presentation skills.Good teamwork and leadership skills.Good process thinking and innovative thinking skills.KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIESSubmit weekly commodity weekly report with cost reduction updateComply and execute company change management policy.Monitor and Execute KR requirements.Support operation for indirect service needs and requirements.Utilize ERP system, Qlikview, and contract Logix toolsCreates purchase orders, obtain approval and monitor/follow-up on delivery and ensure compliance with company policy and procedures.Ensure no overdue open PO and payment issueSupplier sourcing, selection, evaluation & management.Complies always the Environment, Health and Safety, and Manufacturing Quality standards, rules, and regulations.Participating in cross-functional team activities.Ensure compliance to SOX, Specs, and other regulatory requirements relative to commodities managed.Performs other duties as required by the businessEqual Employment Opportunity
