Cafe Supervisor-Ioi Putrajaya

We are looking for a Cafe Supervisor/Manager to organize end ensure smooth daily operations and motivate our staff to provide excellent customer service. Responsibilities includes scheduling shifts for staffs monitoring daily expenses and revenues and ordering supplies. To be successful in this role you should have work experience with various roles in fine dining cafes, and able to manage the floor operations smoothly especially during busy hours.**Responsibilities**- Manage day-to-day operations of the cafe- Train and coach staffs and ensure the best customer service practiced- Ensure the cafe is always equipped with enough supplies- Maintain updated records of daily, weekly and monthly revenues and expenses- Add new menu items as and when needed- Advise staff on the best ways to resolve issues with clients and deliver excellent customer service- Ensure all cafe areas are clean and tidy- Nurture friendly relationships with customers to increase loyalty and boost our reputation**Skills**- Work experience as a Cafe Supervisor/ Manager- Hands-on experience with professional coffee machines- Availability to work long hours when required (including weekends and public holidays)- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team- Customer service attitude**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM3,100.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Holidays- Monday to Friday- Rotational shift- Weekend jobsSupplemental pay types:- Yearly bonus
