Responsibilities:1. Customer Service:- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.- Greet customers warmly and assist them in making menu selections.- Take and prepare customer orders with attention to detail and adherence to quality standards.- Provide recommendations on menu items, including beverages and desserts.- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or concerns professionally and efficiently resolve issues in a courteous and timely manner.2. Food and Beverage Preparation:- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.- Ensure the quality and presentation of food items, such as pastries and desserts.- Follow established recipes and guidelines for food and beverage preparation.- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the food preparation area.3. Promoting Tour & Merchandise:- Actively promote and upsell café merchandise and tour package.- Educate customers on the features and benefits of merchandise and tour package.- Create visually appealing merchandise displays to attract customer attention.- Assist customers in making informed decisions regarding merchandise purchases.3. Cash Handling:- Process customer payments accurately and efficiently.- Handle credit, and electronic transactions with precision.- Provide customers with receipts and ensure proper documentation of transactions.- Making sure the daily sales is tally after closing.4.
