Job Description:Tenaga Nasional Berhad is currently seeking a Call Center Associate to join our team. This is a full-time, work-from-home position located in Kuala Lumpur, MY. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center role.
Responsibilities:- Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding their inquiries, requests, and complaints- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer needs in a timely and professional manner- Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer needs are met efficiently- Meet or exceed performance goals for call volume, customer satisfaction, and quality assurance
Requirements:- Passionate and resourceful individual with excellent communication skills- Strong project management skills and emotional intelligence- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center role- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency in using call center software and Microsoft Office applications- High school diploma or equivalent
