Job Description:
As a Call Center Associate for Boustead Holdings Berhad, you will have the opportunity to work from home in Malacca City, Melaka. This part-time position will require a high level of independence and drive to excel in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong emotional intelligence and project management skills.
Responsibilities:1. Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers in a professional and courteous manner.2. Provide information and assistance to customers regarding products, services, and inquiries.3. Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner.4. Utilize CRM system to track and update customer information and interactions.5. Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to call productivity and customer satisfaction.6. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure a positive customer experience.7. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:1. At least 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.2. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.3. Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple tasks.4. Excellent emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with customers.5. Proficient in project management and problem-solving skills.6. Must have a quiet home office space with reliable internet connection.7. High school diploma or equivalent required.
