Call Center Representative - Work From Home

Job Description:

Kossan Rubber Industries Berhad is looking for a Call Center Representative to join our team and work from home in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. As an Entry Level Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing excellent customer service, and resolving any issues or concerns they may have.

Key Responsibilities:- Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries- Making outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or feedback- Providing accurate information to customers regarding products or services- Resolving customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner- Documenting all customer interactions in the company's database- Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction- Meeting established KPIs and performance targets

Requirements:- Hardworking and reliable individual who is dedicated to providing excellent customer service- Strong leadership skills to guide team members and drive results- Ability to conduct research to gather information and resolve customer inquiries- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Proficiency in using call center software and CRM systems- High school diploma or equivalent- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
