**Job Descriptions**- Nature of Business:_**Established social media platforms for ecommerce in Malaysia**_- Location: _**Menara Public Bank 2, Kuala Lumpur**_- Salary Range: _**RM2,400 + Fixed Allowance + Incentive**_- Working Days: _**5 days & 9hours include break | Rotational shift**_**Responsibilities**:- Manage users (creator, buyer & seller) inquiries via the CRM tool, or direct contact.- Identify the root causalities of escalated matters and provide appropriate resolutions to deliver excellent service.- Promptly escalate crucial cases to the appropriate authority.- Coordinate with other teams or departments to resolve user issues, follow up, and ensure close-loop to all escalations.- Identifying ongoing issues, eliminating repeat complaints, and reducing escalation rates to enhance the operating process and improve overall customer experience.- Respond to internal and external user escalations quickly, proficiently, and professionally while meeting specific quality expectations.- Attach to established procedures and guidelines while providing quality customer service to meet and exceed department standards.- Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives per business needs.**Requirements**:- Min Diploma & above- At least 1.5 year experience in Customer Service.- 23 - 30 years old- Able to speak English fluently- Able to follow shift & friendly & love to communicate**Job Types**: Contract, Full-timeContract length: 12 months**Salary**: RM2,400.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
