Call Centre (Live Chat/Email , Rm2400-Rm2700) Shift

**Position : Customer service for Global E-commerce contact center**Location : Menara Public Bank 2(near to KL tower )Working days : Rotational shift ( 5 days work per week) -weekends /public holiday is require to work if shift assignedNature of Business: E-Commerce web platformRequirement:- Minimum SPM level entry- No working experience needed- Fluent in both English & Malay- Basic E-commerce KnowledgeSalary Package : Basic- RM 2400 + 400 fix allowance + RM 100 Perfect AttendanceWorking Hour : 5 days with 9 hours rotational shift (11am-11pm), required to work during public holiday & weekends if shift assigned to youShift rotation as below:11am-8pm12pm-9pm1pm-10pm2pm-11pm- 12 months contract- Two week Training provided**> Intake date : 31 July & 14 Aug**Job Scope:- Will handle customer from MY & Singapore- Ensure all the problems and enquiries can be solve on time**Salary**: RM2,400.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
