Call Centre Representative (Customer Service)

**Position : Call Centre Representative****Tenure: 6 months contract (Renewable Basis)****Working Hour: 8 AM - 5 PM****Working Location: Damansara Height****Salary : RM 3,000**- Make outbound call to existing and new customers.- Identify customers' needs, clarify information, and offer suitable product / solution to customers.- Follow communication scripts when handling different topics.- Keep records of all conversations in our call centre database in a comprehensible way.- Perform data entry and build customers database.- Understanding and striving to meet or exceed call centre metrics while providing excellent consistent customer service.- Making sales or recommendations for products or services that may better suit client needs.**Requirements & Skills**- Minimum Degree holder- Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia & English. Ability to converse in Chinese or Tamil would be added advantage.- Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice.- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively- Proficiency with basic computers software i.e.: Microsoft Words & Microsoft Excel, and strong typing skills.**Job Type**: ContractContract length: 6 months**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM3,300.00 per month**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)
