Job Scope:- Lead and guide the telemarketers towards achieving set target and goals.- Monitor, organizing and coaching team on a day-to-day basis, includes call listening (in Mandarin)- Handle escalated calls, complaints, questions and queries as necessary.- Document reports on each team member's performance and targets.- Submit monthly scorecards for incentives purposes to Telemarketing Manager.- Ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Manager from time to time.**Requirements**:- Have experience in a leadership capacity in a contact center.- Have experience in telesales/telemarketing or any sales position preferable with banking products.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Melayu, English & Mandarin.- Excellent leadership skills.- Good decision-making and problem-solving skills.**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,200.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Parental leaveSchedule:- Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Call Center: 3 years (preferred)- telemarketing: 3 years (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)- Bahasa (preferred)Application Deadline: 11/30/2023
