Campaign Analyst (Thai Speaker) Posting Date : 26 Apr 2024 | Close Date :25 Jul 2024 Position:Campaign Analyst (Thai Speaker)Tenure:1-year Contract (Renewable)Salary:NegotiableWorking Hours:8:00am to 5:00pmLocation:TRX, Kuala LumpurJob Description: Manage workflow optimization through automation, coordinating activities, and addressing risks for continuous process improvement.Foster strategic partnerships to drive mutual business success, understanding client objectives and brand identity.Coordinate and execute projects and promotions according to client requirements.Maintain platform store content and update product details and price points.Conduct SKU hygiene checks, analyze key reports for sales and order performance, and fluently operate seller centers.Analyze and report site performance via Key Performance Indicators (e.g., service levels).Build strong relationships with site operations team to ensure proper execution of capacity plan and provide workflow management guidance.Job Requirements: Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing Thai.Minimum 3 years of E-commerce background experience, preferably with E-commerce platforms.Proficient in operating seller centers, conducting SKU hygiene checks, and analyzing key reports.Preferred knowledge of E-commerce Platforms (Marketplaces) and/or CMSs (SFCC, Magento, Shopify).
