Car Park Attendant

**General job description**:- Based in several location around Kuala Lumpur- 6 working days in a week.- Greeting and welcome guests to the establishment and offer professional services.- To collect payment from guests (E-Wallet/Debit/Credit Card).- To ensure cash collected is counted, reconciled and matches with daily transactions report.- Direct traffic in the parking area as needed and assist guests in entering and leaving the parking lot.- Resolve guests complaints, guide them and provide relevant information.- Accountability and personal integrity are essentials.- To execute any other job responsibilities as and when required by the Superior.**Job Requirement**:- Malaysian only- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.- Able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.- Basic IT knowledge.- Posses valid driver's license (it's an advantage).- Neat appearance and upkeep of uniform.- Excellent customer service skills.**Benefits**:- Medical- Parking- Comprehensive insurance coverage- Miscellaneous allowances**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: From RM1,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Health insurance- Opportunities for promotionSchedule:- Rotational shiftSupplemental pay types:- Overtime payAbility to commute/relocate:- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)Shift availability:- Night Shift (required)- Overnight Shift (required)
