JOB DESCRIPTION
- Perform day to day function which include preparation cheque payment, payment voucher and updating of accounts and office administration works.
- Able to handle full sets of account.
- Ensure proper maintenance of accounting record with approprite supporting documents & filling system.
- Check and process all invoices into the system accurately.
- To ensure data and records are kept up to date.
- Liaise with auditor, company secretary & tax agent for related matter.
