Card Operation Data Analyst

**Position: Card Operation Data Analyst****Working Location: Kuala Lumpur****Tenure: Contract 12 months****Basic Salary: Up to RM 3,500****Responsibilities**:- Collecting and interpreting loyalty data- Analyzing, identifying patterns and trends in data sets and reporting the results back to the relevant members of the business- Defining new data collection and analysis processes- Data validation between loyalty system and SAP system- System admin to the Loyalty Management System and WM-Card- Daily and Monthly Reports preparation and perform analysis and provide results to management- Handle card system-related requests- Perform system UAT/set up/update promotions in the system and perform verification checks.- Ensure all system requests complied to process and procedures- Liaise with external parties, inter-department personnel, and customers to ensure system issues are resolved timely.- Escalate any system problem/issues to the relevant parties and follow through until the problem resolved**Job Requirements**- Bachelor Degree in Data Science, Data Analytics, Mathematics, or any that is related- Experienced in the collection and interpreting big data- Excellent communication in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken- Good time management and sense of prioritization**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Fresh graduateContract length: 12 months**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Health insurance- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary- Overtime pay- Performance bonus
