What we look for in a Standard Chartered Bank CARES Programme:
We are looking for individuals who are multi-lingual, with good command of spoken and written English. Self-motivated and possess aggressive sales personality in achieving quantitative results. Ability to work in a fast pace environment, remain agile and passionate to achieve KPI consistently At least 1 to 2 years of working experience in Tele sales / preferably experience from Contact Centre. Must have internet connection at home & conducive workspace.
The Role :
You are responsibility to contact and engage clients as per assigned client list to drive sales conversion to have successful closures via outbound sales enquiries. As this is a 100% telesales role, the incumbent must be comfortable to make outbound cold calls via digital communication tools. You need to ensure prompt and timely call backs are made to clients as committed To own end to end sales process to ensure that client requests are fulfilled Communicate & support team leader to drive learning and high performance within the team Must always demonstrate high degree of integrity and confidentiality – Maintain confidentiality of customer information . Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct. Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.
