Cash Business & Product Support-(24000073)DescriptionProvide pre & post-sales supports to EMB Sales & internal customers for deposits & Cash products, from enquiry, operation to solutioning.Initiate & drive process improvement/ initiatives which enhance SLA/ TAT & customer experience with better business and operational efficiency.Conduct products related training/ briefing to EMB Sales & internal stakeholders.Involve in programs management & work closely with internal Product partners to provide customer feedback/ market intel on product/ service-related issues/ feedback to meet business's needs.QualificationsTertiary education, preferably with minimum 2 years of working experience in Banking; SME/ Business Banking or Transaction Banking related experience is a plus.Result-oriented, keen-learner and self-driven individual.A structured thinker with sound analytical skills and business sense.Independent yet able to contribute as a team, as well as ability to juggle between daily BAU and project.Possess good communication, strong customer-centric mindset, and ability to lead the discussion with people across all levels – junior level to senior management.
