Job Description :Manage portfolio of multiple regions and acquisition of NTB clients and retention of existing affluent customers of those reporting to him/her.Strategize and curate branch activities, identify key areas of attrition, increase cross sell opportunities and manage pipeline of leads to sales staff.Extensive support to be provided to Sales staff in all regions under coverage with regular engagement.Effectively manage on cross sell and overall handling of the servicing and operational issues arising from customers in the portfolio.Meet targets by soliciting new-to-bank and aggressive cross selling to existing customer base with focus on cross selling, increasing existing portfolio profitability, deposits growth, customer count.To use multiple prospecting methods to generate leads, set up sales meetings and pitch appropriate cash management solutions to prospects. Actively seeking referrals from new and existing customers.To actively identify potential sales opportunities and manage sales pipeline by working closely with Branch Managers and Sales staff.Grow client portfolio size by deepening existing client relationships with regular analysis and review of portfolio to ensure maximum profitability.Tracking of productivity & performance of Sales staff.To build and maintain profitable business relationships with business customers by increasing penetration of cash management solutions and focus products.
