Cash Solution Specialist

Key Responsibilities Develop new corporate/non-individual deposit accounts and attract CASA and other deposit products Build up relationships with referral sources and strategic partnersManage customer relationships to spot new business opportunities, understand customersâ needs and requirementsProactive management, supervision and monitoring of an existing pool of accounts to achieve optimal cross selling opportunities for cash management offerings and digital initiatives in line with the Bankâs focusEnsure and maintain a high standard of AML/KYC risk assessments of customersâ profileRegulatory ComplianceKeep abreast of regulatory changes and practices for managing and mitigating business risks and people issuesEnsure compliance to all internal as well as external policies and regulations such as credit guidelines, risk policies, audit and statutory compliance and regulationsReview and monitor portfolio growth and continuous risk assessment of the portfolioJob RequirementsBachelorâs Degree or professional qualification in related fields Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in an established financial instituionsGood understanding of banking products, the domestic and regional business environment Good understanding of EB CB depositsStrong analytical skills, including strong ability to analyse and understand financial statementsStrong presentation and influencing skills, required in guiding and assisting teams in putting forward proposals for clients, whenever necessaryCritical Thinking & Problem-Solving : Recognizes problems or situations that are new or without clear precedent.
