Cashier Admin Assistant

Responsibilities:- Handle and ensure accuracy of daily cash collection- Prepare daily collection report- Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate and issue receipts- To respond in a professional and timely manner to any customer query/complaint and to facilitate its prompt resolution- Handle merchandise returns and exchanges- Responsible for daily administration duties for the Company to ensure smooth running of daily operation.- Execute division policy and ensure full adoption and comply with workflow or standard operation procedures- To undertake any ad-hoc tasks as and when required**Requirements**:- Work experience as a Retail Cashier- Basic PC knowledge- Familiarity with electronic equipment such as cash register and POS- Good math skills- Organized, strong communication and excellent time management skills- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.- Applicants must be willing to work in Plaza Low Yat.Schedule:- Rotational shift**Education**:- STM/STPM (preferred)**Experience**:- Administration: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)- Bahasa Malaysia (preferred)- English (preferred)
