Understanding our business issues are imperative. You will build strategic relationship with leaders and other teams across our complex business. A wide variety of new experiences in a dynamic environment will help you to move quickly along the career path you choose.In the role as recruiter, you will:**Key responsibilities**- Key point of contact for the business and ensure effective and timely recruitment support delivered- Build client relationship with various stakeholders, understand their business goals and anticipate their talent needs- Perform full recruitment cycle according to global operating procedures and adhere to best practice principles.- Integrate diversity and inclusivity into the recruitment process- Provide timely reports and analytics to the leadership team and flag risks or delays in advance- Participate in campus engagement events and activities such as career fairs, career talks and office visits- Build rapport with higher education institutions student's leaders and career counsellors**To qualify for the role, you must have**- A graduate qualification.- Two to 3 years of recruitment experience both in-house and/or outsource environment.- Outgoing personality, a strong team player with pleasant demeanor- Excellent communication skills and client focus.
