**CCA and Experiential Education Coordinator**The **Coordinator of CCA and Experiential Education** delivers curriculum-based interdisciplinary experiential learning activities including expeditions on campus, locally, anywhere in Malaysia and overseas. The Coordinator of CCA and Experiential Education also oversees the development of the CCAs as well as the weekend activities for the boarding students (if applicable) as well as overseeing all holiday programs made available to UCSI and other students (including all contracts, safeguarding, logistics and operational demands).**Duties & Responsibilities**:- Develop and enact a compelling strategic vision for a high-quality co-curricular programme.- Develop a strong student leadership program within UCSI schools that encapsulates the desired learner attributes of 8CC, 5C and 21st century skills, as well as fosters a strong element of experiential education.- Designs a broad and balanced programme for extra-curricular activities across multiple disciplines.- Oversees the timetabling and staffing of the co-curricular program.- Sets the calendar for scheduling of the programmes to ensure effective coordination across the school.- Directs, administers and controls the day-to-day operations and activities of programmes and facilities.- Manages co-curricular budgets in all areas and liaise with the finance and purchasing team in this process, including all internal/external events.- Leads in the preparation of the budget to ensure that the programmes are well supported and resourced, developing a progressive development plan to ensure top-class offerings are available.- Provides opportunities for all staff to make a positive contribution to the wider life of the school.- Analyses provision so that the programme serves the interests of all students as part of the school's commitment to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging.- Manages recruitment of external providers involved in the delivery of the co-curricular program including safety and safeguarding checks on all providers. (license and police checks).**Requirements**:- Can work in KL campus.- Excellent command of English in both written and spoken.- At least 3 years of teaching experience in a school setting.- Good communication skills and time management skills. Willing to work in a team and follow instructions given.- Dedicated and passionate about education.
