Responsibilities: -In-charge of centre's sales and performance; ensure that the assigned Company's goals are met. -Work closely with Area Manager in achieving sales goal by reviewing costs and budget of the centre. -Ensure promotion mechanics are effectively and accurately implemented at the centre. -Ensure team members are aware of and comply to centre procedures and company policies. -Monthly/daily reports (i.e. manual or system) submission to Area Manager on timely manner. -Responsible to achieve and maintain customer experience at the optimum level as per KPI set by the Company. -Ensure all team members are well trained with the necessary skills and knowledge of our programs. -Ensure all team members are able to provide quality customer experience according to company's standard. -Develop and maintain good relationship with parents and students, handle feedbacks/complaint and resolve any arising issues in a timely manner. -Analyse current and future customer trend. -Require to perform parents and students experience when necessary as support of centre's operations. -Any other task assigned by the Management Team Requirements: -Aged 25-35years old -Possess Degree/Diploma in any field. -Patience and passionate in education field -Min 2 years experience in relevant industry -Possess a positive attitude, self-starter, and good problem solving skills. -Pleasant personality with good people management skills. -Customer focused and goal oriented personality. -Possess coaching and mentoring skills for team members. -Patient, responsible and able to interact with children. -Possess own transport Benefits: -Bonus enrolment every new sign up student -Monthly reward -Teachers training on lesson, classroom management and etc -Profit Sharing Tuesdays to Fridays : 12.00 pm - 9.30pm Saturday : 8.30am - 6.30pm Sunday : 8.30am - 12.30pm Monday is offdayALFA and Friends (745426-P) is a leading provider of STEM-focused preschool education programmes.
