**Job details**:Posted 06 November 2023SalaryRM8000.00 - RM10000.00 per monthLocationPetaling JayaJob type PermanentDisciplineTechnology & DigitalReference269278_1699285551**Main Duties & Responsibilities**:- Oversee the progress of transformation efforts in alignment with long-term goals, ensuring a coordinated and cohesive rollout of various change initiatives.- Create a strategic roadmap and structured framework for a large-scale organizational transformation or change initiatives.- Collaborate with all departments head to drive activities that shape and influence the organizational culture.- Implement targeted and timely interventions while developing effective change management plans to address and mitigate risks and resistance.- Promote awareness of change management methodologies and best practices to ensure the successful handling of change.- Establish and advance the aspirations of the Change Management with the goal of enhancing change capabilities within the organization.- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, Commerce, or a related field.- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in transformation or organization change management in a big corporation / MNC / consulting is preferred.- Prior experience in leading and organizing large-scale transformation efforts is highly desirable.- Strong proficiency in change management and behavior-shaping frameworks and methodologies.- Possession of a Change Management certification, such as Prosci, is considered advantageous.**How to Apply?**JTK Number: JTKSM 995 | Company Registration Number: 201301019088 (1048918-T)
