Oversee all Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) equipment and installation and ensure all are in good and proper working order based on maintenance plan- Service and perform PM( Preventive Maintenance) for air-conditioning system open space and containment air-conditioning ( Emerson)- Perform genset offload test for 1000kva,500kva and 500kva on weekly basis-Daily voltage and ampere checking from incoming power ,visual inspection from MSB ,rectifier and ups to ensure working in good condition- Daily checking and monitoring for plumbing ,water supply tank ,room temperature and all data center area- Do troubleshoot any faulty element we responsibility and find any faulty to do repair in house. Perform CM report for any minor and major defunct equipment /element- Dealing with vendor for inspection, quality control/assurance, quotation and purchase order. Prepare SOR ,BOQ, EW etc-Manage and monitor any project upgrading for data center (cabling work, new power room, new equipment room, new installation air-conditioning- Permit to work (PTW) controlling and checking for contractors to perform on site-Readily to work in shifts and Standby after working hours if have power failure, temperature fail and any docket from NOC.
